Grapho-therapy is a science of curing our negative bodily patterns; it comprises of simple technical changes in your hand writing, which will lead to tremendous behavioral shift in a positive way.
As we begin, we will start it with a small but unique way.
Just write down something about yourself (prefer a A4 size blank page) and try to fill up as many pages you can. If you are on the second page and still have something to write..buddy, you love yourself and that's great!!..but if you are half way across the first page and wondering what to write..my friend, take a few days leave from your day to day work and explore yourself first, because somebody who doesn't know himself is not going to receive anything else.
Write this up when your mind is at its utmost peaceful state during a day, and keep these pages well protected, as this is a part of your soul (You may see it as a Horcrux) and we will revisit them to highlight our positive side or to cure our negative patterns.
Now, let us concentrate on your handwriting, we will meet the consonants later, please focus on the vowels, and see the way you have written the letter 'a' and 'o'. Many of you might have various kinds of loops, somebody might have written it similar to the comic sans font, or whatever.
We will analyse the meaning of various loops in another session; right now is the time to follow a simple technique to become more agile, more enthusiastic, more involved while being in a conversation.
Now do your vowels 'a' and 'o' look like a water-tight container or they have some point at the upper portion from where water can leak out. If yes!, then how big?, make it as big as possible keeping the letter understandable. If no, then try to keep the top portion of these vowels open. Now next time when you write, make this small change to see the ultimate change happening in your behavior.
